~~Update On Russ~~

For anyone that knows russ0r this is his current situation.

Russ0r has been locked up now since the unfortunate event happened and his brother has been fighting tooth and nail and searching out every possibility.

The cops that busted him, didn't show a warrant and the warrant is still unsigned.

He should be making bail soon and hopes to hear the outside world again real soon. The earliest date that this will happen at the moment is no earlier than the 22nd of October. The bail amount was set at 50,000 usd of which he had to pay 10% by order of the judge. Unfortunately though the clerk is a drunk assed son of a bitch and made a mistake and put it as 100% which has really held things up for russ hence the extended time for his bail release.

Around the 22nd or 23rd I should be hearing from him for the first time which I can't wait for, I'm sure he's waiting for that time much more than I am but thats the way things are.

In the place where he's being held they have banned tobacco so he can't smoke and is giving it up. He's spending most of his time playing cards and hitting the weights.

His brother tells me that they have sufficient evidence to hopefully get the case thrown out because of police in-efficiency, however should this not happen then with the bad ass lawyer they have he should hopefully get away with time served and a lengthy probation.

Russ still isn't out of the woods yet by any means but its not looking as bad as the 5 year stretch like we first thought.

Please everyone before you go to bed tonight, send a little prayer out to russ0r who needs all the help he can get right now.

So in the warrant that was not issued but suppossedly exists was the ci named?Also a bondsman should be able to contact the judge as the court room paper signed by the judge will sytate if he said 10% and just have to be presented to the clerk for confirmation aslso it woul dbe in the county court house recorder records as they note every statement made.

good news thanks for the update. I always thought including that you are the primary support for you family somtimes gets you out of jail. and gives you a more compatible punishment so you your family wont end up on the streets.


can you also advise how they obtained this lawyer, was it from NORML?

I'm out fellas, after alot of bullshit and alot of money spent. I still have to go to court, but for now i'm out to do what i need to do before shit comes crashing down again.

I'm having trouble getting my job back so i'm going to be busy looking into alot of opportunities, take my situation and it goes to show you even if you shut your mouth to everyone that one single person will nail your ass to the wall. Don't let you're spouse do this to you.

It's really fucked up what this system comes to, espcially in my state who will take an assault charge over pure hersay without even speaking to me. Not to mention how the police like to get more out of the victims. Hopefully i wont get anymore time, but who really knows at this point.

My first night home i got all the things a man needs after being in jail.

things arent as bad because as you all saw my grow was small scale, they werent impressed with themselves for what they found.

they didnt even take my equiptment.

with the lawyer i have and how much i'll have behind me i may come out of this unscaved in the end, but for now who's telling, this day and age if something hits the papers they could decide to make an example out of me.

Damn that sucks bro...I know what your going through, I'm currently on 3 years probation and it's been 1 yr 8 months. Probation is fuckin horrible, man. I know it's better than jail but try not to get probation if u can. I would of rather done say 6 months in jail and be done with it all, easy. But good luck bro I'll keep u in my prayers.
