Uprooted seedling:(

Hey!Well my easyryder seedlings have just sprouted and looking nice and healthyI went to put the jiffy pellet that it was in into my grow medium and as i picked it up the peat fell apart and exposed alot of the tap root and the whole plant was flopping about the place like a limp dick

I hastily pushed the pallet back together and placed it in the soil and gently compressed the medium around and added a little water so this huge crack in which the root was sitting was bonded back together.

Ive i done the right thing please help!!!

i would have gone straight into the soil once the pellet dropped off

The pallet didnt completely drop of.If you can imagine where the stem comes out of the soil and into the root all of the pallet around that was parted!As i said i stuck he whole thing into the medium and closed it gently back together.

it should be fine after it gets past the shock and puts on some new roots
