URGENT I think my plant is dead URGENT!!!!!

Horrible news

I just came home and my lamp which i attached disconnected from the wall and the worst part is that it fall on my seedling baby.
The plant was leaning sidewise and the stem was partially disconnected as well. when i tried to put him upstraight again i disconnected the plant from it from its roots (i didnt pull hard at all)
I put it back in the pot now and attached the lamps again but im not sure if he's still alive Can you guys tell me if he's dead?

You broke the plant off from it's roots? Shoved it back in the hole and are asking if it's fine?

I think that's what you are asking, if you broke it 100% away from it's roots then it's going to die. If it was still attached to a few roots it might recover (doubt it, probably be severely stunted), I'd start another seed.

If your seedling lost its roots it's probably a goner. Perhaps you could try rooting compound...

Now i have another problem my lamp burned out and i think it burned WTF....
I have the worst luck on my first grow...
The lamp has black spots really looks like i have a problem with electricity as well now.
