Urgent PLEASe help!

hello so i joined this site a few days ago and made a post about my first growth, things have been goin great. i left for work this morning and my plant looked the same way it has looked for the last week. i just got home and now every fan leaf on my plant has just droooped down and the entire plant looks like it just died in the last 7hrs out of nowhere. what the hell happened in 7hrs? i didnt touch anything. what do i do someone please help me save this plant.

sorry here are the pics. ya i made a post a few days ago. she is in miracle grow moisture control potting mix, 19/5 schedule with one 150watt hps. watered once a week with two water bottles. plant was FINE this morning all of a sudden every fan leave has just slouched over and down and it seems like htis plant is dying. The room its in is very warm right now for some reason im gonna leave the door open and give it air, i also just put one water bottle in, it seemed pretty dry.

Don't water it so fucking much. And ur fine it'll bounce back if u don't drown it but other than that it looks green and healthy.

If you are only watering once a week like clockwork, that's probably your problem. Read your plants. When she's dry an inch or two down it's time to water IMO.
