(URGENT wrinkled seedlings) 2x2 tent running 2 bare Citizen Cobs (55w / 1.6a): Distance from canopy?

Just purchased a diy cob fixture with two Citizen Cobs (Clu048-1212 80 Cri 3500k)
running @ 55w 1.6a (passive heatsinks, no reflector, no lenses) for my 2x2 tent (4 autoflower seedlings)

I'd like to know what distance from canopy should they hang?

Don't be daft, use a 23W spiral CFL or 10 LED bulb about 2 inches away from the seedlings until they turn into little plants, maybe a week or two.

I haven't used my CFL box in a while... busy recycling some coco coir, as the buggers I put in there two weeks ago in new bags have totally overgrown them again.

Thanks! Are they supposed to be 30" away throughout the whole grow OR just on seedling stage?

Edit: Nevermind. Just read your grow thread and you recommend 30" veg and 24" flower however you say that this is for photos. What would be your thoughts for autoflowers?

For the auto's id start at 30" and go lower until you see a non wanted reaction from the plants. Different strains will react in different ways so it will take trial and error. I have found with the mephisto autos that 28-30" is good throughout the entire grow.
