yes, why wouldn't you? use a splitter on the airpump tubing to connect two long airstones.

im running a 10 site drip system with 2 12" airstones seems to be ok however im running into nutrient and additive problems causing cloudy water so be carefull and make sure your nutes are ok to use with them otherwise you need to try 35% H202.

absolutely use air stones
