using a 150w HPS for autoflower seedlings

I have 2 autoflower seedlings. They will be a week old friday the 13th. I have a small grow box. I have them planted in 2 gallon pots with very good soil. I have been using 2 26w 6500k cfls on each seedling. They look great and they are starting there 2nd set of true leaves. I was wanting to know if I can start using a 150w HPS on them now or keep using the CFLs? How high should the HPS light be above them?

I had 150w hps on my seedlings from day one,even though its not really necessary .I started with the light 2 ft above in the beginning and I lowered a little bit everyday until they got used to the heat.always check temperatures and test by leaving your hand under the light right over the plant,if its uncomfortable for you it is uncomfortable for them as well.The truth is that you could hold off on the hps for another week or so,they are not going to be able to use all that light until their true leaves come out.Whenever you adjust your lights keep a good eye on them you don't want to burn or stress them because they are autos and any stress will effect size and yield. What strain autos are they?good luck with them!

Thank you for the reply and Happy Holidays. I am growing a northern lights blue auto from dinafem seeds. And a white widow auto from delicious seeds.
