using a carbon filter

I was just wondering do you use a carbin filter to remove odor. and if so how do you recommend on doing so. I made one with a 4inch inner chamber and a 6 inch outer. do you put the filter in the room and connect it to an exhaust fan..any suggestions are appriciated. also if i live way out in the country do i really need it..

yeah, you need it in the country. never know when a nosy neighbor will stop by. I don't have advice on your other questions yet. Sorry.

How many poeple come to your home? You can vent it out through the roof. the carbon fliter can be use on the intake air.Most poeple pull air from the grow area though the lights and out through the carbon fliter.No odor exhauted. Peace
