using co2 in veg?

If u use co2 in veg is it going to make them grow better and faster? I never hear much about that and was hoping for some exp responses. And say you only use it thru half of flower, is it helping your grow every day its used? Any responses are cool.

yes, it will make your veg grow bigger,faster.

Yes it helps in veg. My plants get the same ppm of co2 all the time from clone to harvest.

well if gigantic buds is negative, then definitely don't use it.

Then you have either completely mis-understood what you heard or the people that said it had no clue what they were saying.

So true. Part of the problem is people don't use it properly either.
Some of the simplest things can be overlooked, a good monitor that measures at plant level and has a photocell is key in my book, maintaining a steady level when lights are on is another. Not a fan of the bags or strips or yeast, to many up and down levels and no way to control it.

So much misinformation out there. Whoever told you that the proper use of C02 will have any negative effect is way too stoned or does not want you to succeed.

Creating the perfect growing environment includes adding C02, both in veg nd in flower, all the way through your flushing phase. The use of C02 will provide you healthier, maximum potency and on average 30% + bigger yield. Invest in a C02 regulator and controller, several C02 tanks (can be purchased or just rented). I ideally you are looking for between 1500 to1550 ppm. The C02 regulator / controller will have instructions to teach you the proper set-up.

Chuck, you are absolutely spot on with the consistency issue. If its not consistent it really is a waste. Which leads into what koon said, bottles are a big waste, more expensive, a pain in the ass to lug around, and you have to go to a specialty store for refills. You can get propane tanks filled and/or exchanged at so many different locations at any time of day. a good co2 generator is much more consistent at keeping ppms in range and it cost me less than $7 a month in propane to supply both of my rooms with co2.

I have the sentinel cch4 I think it is. That uses fuzzy logic. Its very nice. But I read less than 1200 is optimum.
