Using Sweet During Flush?

my first grow and im about 3 weeks away from harvest. ive heard a shit load of different things to do for flushing but im growin in ocean forest soil and prolly gonna start flushing 14 to 10 days out from harvest time. is it a good idea to use sugar while flushing? ive heard good things about it

As its your first grow I wouldn't fuck about with extras - just flush like normal and experiment on future grows.

reverse osmosis or distilled water if you got access to it

When I harvest I cut them off at the butt and put them in water(reverse osmosis) like you would put a fresh cut flower in a vase of water, For the last twenty-four hours. Don't let them go dry during this process. I harvest every two weeks from my F&D so the mix never changes. When growing in dirt there shouldn't be a reason to add more nutes in the last month or two in the grow. I never did. If you've already fertilized properly run balaned water for the end of the grow for dirt.

thanks for the input everyone. ill prolly end up runnin RO for the last 14 days and distilled from the store the last 5. just expensive shit. but if it helps the taste ill give it a try.
