The Mexican Cartels would have nothing on us, let the revolution begin ;) That is unless they and/or the Colombian Cartels have commandeered one of those numerous USSR nuclear subs missing/miss placed for decades now :eyesmoke:

But in reality the USS Detroit will join a battle fleet following her 2016 commission here and she will begin touring the world over, likely never to see these fresh waters again.

That wouldn't surprise me. The cartel already has old modified-cigarette-boat-semi-submersibles. they use for smuggling hard dope.
