Utopia haze not flowering

I am nearly 3 weeks into my 11/13 flowering schedule and my plant is showing no flower formation. On the nodes off the main stem i can see hairs coming out of a pear-shaped thing indicating that it is female but the pistil is not white it is brown at the tip. There is absolutely no signs of any trichomes (thc crystals) The temp at the canopy is at least 100F so I know that it is way too hot. Also I think the plant may be rootbound since some roots are growing through the bottom of my flood and drain tray into the res.

This is a feminized seed. I don't know if my plant has changed to hermie due to the temps but I do know that this is a long flowering plant. Any ideas guys? Anyone grown this before?

There are no light leaks (I think) in my room since I've flowered a plant in there before

100 degrees is not good for most plants and can stunt their growth. This may very well be your problem. Can't you atleast find some desk fans to try and cool the area?
