Vancouver BC Laws, Rules and Regulations

Does anyone have experiance with the laws of growing maryjane in B.C. i know sentences are up in the air and based off previous convictions. But what cant they charge you with? I heard something about 5 plants being a fine??

Its not that im scared. Its just i cannot afford another charge

I've heard that anything between 6-200 plants is an automatic minimum six month sentence. I have no idea what happens if you get caught with less than 6. I don't imagine it would be too harsh a punishment, but I'm hoping to never have to find out for myself.
