Anyone know what area to hang out in Vancouver? Coffee Shop, Park, Bar?

Thats assuming hes got a prescription/ might get by with a doctors letter. I have never know or heard of any of them to give it out to people without prescriptions.

It all really depends where you are. If you can find some adult beer league soft ball there is always people smoking up in the baseball parks. I honestly cant think of the last time i didnt smell that sweet skunk when i was at a park or beach.

Theres actually a few delivery services I cant remember the name but when I visited Vancouver a guy gave me a business card with this delivery service I called them up couple hours later I had some weed it was sweet

if you have your paperwork, the local disps will help you.
if you don't, either wreck beach, grandview park, or the vancouver art gallery steps are your best bets for finding non-schwag. (or, as Shawns says, there are a few really good delivery services if you can find one.)

if you're looking for somewhere to hang out, there are a number of cafes/vapour lounges along east hastings (300 block and 800 block); if you hit up the 300 block area you can also drop in and say hi to the nice folks at cannabis culture and the herb museum.

Rec beach for sure. You will be approached to buy all kinds of drugs. Then bring it to the vapor lounge above the Amsterdam cafe. Go to La Taqueria for a couple tacos then hit up meat and bread at the corner for a meal
