vanilla extract hash oil

i just got a cheap e cig that takes liquid form of tobacco stuff, i want to use it to vape some hash oil i got. the hash oil is nowhere near liquid, ive heard of using propelyne glycol and vegetable glycerin tictures to thin it out, but i also heard a guy using water...has anyone done that before? and i had the idea of using vanilla extract, or lemon extract or something like that..would it work? would it be toxic? what can i do? i mean i only have like a little bit of oil and i dont want to waste it but it seems like a lot of work to make a tincture, and i dont want to spend 70 bucks for a vape pen. so what i been doing is just sticking it to a little bud, in my bong bowl but it doesnt seem efficient like a vaporizer would it keeps burning after i stop hitting it and wastes like half of it..is there a way to thin it out so it will soak up into the wicks? this model has wicks that go through the coil and into the fluid on both sides i wonder if i can take the wicks out and shove some regular hash oil down in there if it would work or if the coils would burn up from not having liquid on them.

I wouldn't do it, you would be inhaling alcohol vapors plus it just sounds nasty lol

they use 91% iso to make oil so as long as it is 91+% then you should be fine...may have to let it sit for a day or 2 to let all the alchohol evap but i dont see why it wouldnt work..will get the flavors too

I smoked it ONCE just ONCE! cost me $25 for 2 hits of dab but it was the stoniest high I ever felt.

Isn't he trying to basically get it in a liquid form to absorb into the wick of his e-cig so he can vape it?

well the extracts i have are only 85% alcohol, do you think that would work? just let it air evaporate?

yes thats what im trying to do thin it down so the wicks absorb it, or......modify the e-cig somehow to accept the thick sticky hash oil.

i got to looking at my extracts and noticed two flavors that the the two main ingredients are water, and propelyne glycol.followed by flavor and color. no alcohol.the two flavors are butter, and vanilla butter and nut. im thinking about experimenting with one of these and see what kind of results i get. what do you guys think?

p.s. i also have a coconut extract with propylene glycol in it but its also 26% alcohol.

I think the challenge is getting something potent enough. You could use the ecig juice as your base. But think about how many hits you get off a few drops ina normal ecig. So for each hit to carry any potency the mix would need to be pretty strong...

it depends what mix and also what ecig and atomizer you use. I've been making ecig juice with pg, peg400, and lemon oil. Works pretty well in a regular ecig, not super strong that way but very convenient. I also use the same oil with a mod battery and a rebuildable drip atty. with a good coil build i can vape it @ 15watts np and is more like a bong hit. hth.

i went ahead and attempted to thin this hash oil with the butter flavor. used about 2 ml of flavor with about a 1/2 gm of frozen hash oil. i put the flavor in the cup and heated it up a bit and then dropped the hash ball into the flavor..i let it boil rapidly for about 10 minutes and the hash still didnt want to dissolve it got thinner but still coagulated into one clump. frustrated that it wouldnt dissolve i used the coconut with 26% alcohol to mix with the flavor. the alcohol helped the hash to dissolve so i kept it boiling until i felt the alcohol had been evaporated. the oil thickened slightly after that but still very liquid. i used a medicine syringe to get it into the clearamizer and let the wicks soak up for a few minutes. IT works! and taste great like a sugar cookie. the only drawback is i can tell that its not as strong as if i would have smoked the undiluted hash oil straight, but the advantage is it seems to be lasting a lot longer that if i had just smoked the hash nug in one hit. i been puffing on it all morning, keeping my buzz going and still have half the hash ball left.

im not sure what brand or company makes my e-cig, there was no name on the package. what is a drip atty?, id like to have something more like smoke than vapor as well, is there a way to mod my e-cig to crank out more power? would i have to build a new coil?
