Veg and flower room sharing the same air?

I posted this up in the newb forum, many view later I'm still looking for advice concerning humidity. I think that's my only issue, if I'm incorrect in this setup please correct me, if the equal humidities being equal is OK please let me know.

I have built both a veg and flower room next to each other for my first grow and I want to have automatic Co2/temp/humidity controlled. I can only afford one controller and CO2 generator so my thought was that I would set the equipment up in one room and keep a fan constantly circulating the air between the two rooms. The rooms are about 1600cf and I'm thinking about using a single 480cfm fan always on to do the exchanging, the flow will be cut down some because I must have a light baffle. From what I have learned veg/flower are the same except for light periods and humidity.

Would I do better trying to make both atmospheres the same per m idea or perfectly controlling one while trying to do the best I can on the other, and if so which room should receive the auto controller?

For starters you will need much more airflow unless you are using a close loop air conditioning system. And yes, it is better for veg humidity to be higher than 60%, but you could use hoods for your clones/seedlings and then keep the humidity at 50% until you are late into flower and by that time your vegging plants should be able to stomach lower RH.
