veg/floering question

can you place a plant back into vegetative state once you've started flowering? cause i just want to find out what it is before i go all the way and through all the time and effort to find out its a male lol so can it be placed back into veg once the plant has only showed signs of sex?

You can put the plant back into veg. If I knew why you wanted to do that though, I could seriusly help you with an array of options.

swo its kool it wont harm it or anything or shock it thats what i want to know if its gunna fuck it up in any ways or make it not ad potent and what happens if i do it? you know?

lol ...you can also take a cutting if the plant is big enough ...clone it and put that into the 12/12 light cycle ..and once that shows sings of sex you will know the sex of the plant(mother)..all the while your original plant is still vegging ...get it ? or a can cover part of the plant with a bag or sumthin so it is in darkness for 12 hours and uncovered for the other 12...but if you were to put the whole plant into 12/12 i dont think it would shock it too bad if it did ...it definatly shouldnt die ...but u will lose 2 weeks or however long it takes to their sex to show

...... k anyway, people put their plants back into veg if they must. if you want the truth, yes, you will lose some potency overall, but I can't speak from personal experience, as i've never done it, I can only provide you with what i've read from many sources, just know it is not speculation, but an informed suggestion. It's ok to do if you must, but taking a clone during flowering can turn your plant into a hermaphrodite if it is not already.
