I stay between 60 and 70% rh and temperature is pretty stable at 77F. Are those conditions okay for veg? Maybe too much humidity?

Get a simple Infrared Thermometer so you know leaf temp.

Mid 70's is good with HID, low to mid 80's is generally considered optimum with LED. Unlike HID, LED doesn't raise leaf temps above air temp with infrared.
