Veg tent lighting questions

Already have everything picked out except the most important part my lights. Running and 8x8 tent for veg. 6 plants will be vegged for 3-4 months then put in organic soil outside. My question is this best lighting option to grow 3x3 bushes with? If going with t5s will penatration be an issue?

8' X 8' = 4 each 600 watt HPS or MH. Big tent for big plants requires wattage.
