Veg to flower to veg?

Say you went through the vegetative stage with no problems. Then moved on to flowering. What would happen if you went back to 24/0 halfway through flowering?

I would assume the buds would stop growing and maturing? Or would they still mature without getting bigger? Or would they just stop developing altogether and just go back to vegetative growing?

Correct. It is called re-veg and it takes a bit for plants to get back to a full vegetative state but they will. Any specific reason that you are wondering?

I wouldnt recommend it. Flowered a clone, then veged, then flowered again, and now its only throwing out 3 finger leaves and is getting crazy growth like out of a horror film

Also, what would be the point of revegging. What benefits?
Usually reveg is done to a plant that's been grown from seed, put through flower and harvested. The disadvantage is that it takes time and resources. the advantage is that if you liked that plant's smoke, you can gather clones from the revegged main. cn

If you threw a strain into flower without cloning it first, then realized later that it is some fire and want to hold onto the genetics. Cut clone, reveg . . . so on. It is really ugly at first but does have the chance of making a full recovery so long as you are only battling the reveg.
