Veg with CFL or HPS?

I'm in 3 week veg and I'm thinking to switch from 150W CFL to 250W HPS and continue veg till I can see sex, or stay to CFL all the veg stage and use HPS only at flower?

Use both the whole time.

Switching from 150w CFLs to 250w HPS is a good choice for the transition from vegetating to flowering. So is staying with the CFLs for vegetating and using HPS for flowering. Stay with the CFLs or MH for the vegetating stage.
