Vegging and florescents

hey guys ive got some questions relating to florescent lighting. first off, what is the highest wattage can you keep your clones? theres a flo on the market named TEK T5 and with four lamps it can produce 216w. would this be to much for the clones? also for veggeing, what is the typical wattage for a flo?

i use t5s for vegging and they work awesome if you have like an 8bank with reflecter and just a few plants
