done it before i vegged starting late feb all the way until mid may indoors they were about 1.5m tall when i moved them outside. the end result was sick. make sure you when you move the plant outside to give it a week or two to recover from the enviro change since she will freak a bit. Nothing to worry about growth resumes after about 7 days. Also trans[plant the plant into a huge pot when you put her outside (she could have been much bigger if she was in a huge pot) she was still massive. You also need to build something arround here to support her like those wood frame structure cause she will fall before she even gets to flowering. just becarefull cause she will get way over 2 meters.

thats what i like to do . veg em in doors . and during the winter you can have multiple harvests, or continue on to summer and have trees......just plain common sense.

You can veg forevaar... basically, some plants have a terminal veg life where they will just start flowering regardless of lighting schedule. Take mother plants for example, you veg them for as long as you can and get what you can from them; until they become queen... of..... the pot plants.. in your closet, I know where you hide them.

I also plan to veg indoors, and then put them out in the Spring (late March). My goal is to flower them outdoors. Go from 18/6 indoors to outdoor sun. Will this work? I fear that even though I am cutting back in the light cycle, the days are now getting longer in the Northern Hemisphere. I don't want them to re-veg.

Very recently, I did some transplanting, and I did it outside because the of the mess. While I was out there, I gave my babies some real sunshine (maybe 10-20 minutes). The result? Shit! Some of them burned! :( I didn't think it was possible for 2 week old seedlings to burn in outdoor sun (45*F) after being under a 600 HID MH.

So yeah, I will be subscribing to this thead!! :leaf:
