Veiny wrinkly leaves

This plan has had a number of problems from the start and was significantly stunted, you will see next to my other plant which is the same age. Now the middle leaves seem to be wrinkling up more than normal, losing color, developing spots and the veins seem to be much lighter in color than the rest of the leaves. I am using equal parts Jobees organic fertilizer and it is working great on the other plant. please take a look and let me know what you think.

What the heck are you growing those it? A pot full of retainers? Your plant looks fine, btw.

LOL there blown glass. I got them at the dolar store. I had read that adding rocks, glass or clay balls to the top of the soil will help the roots to utilize all the soil including the three inches of top soil. I mainly got them because there slightly reflective and pretty!

Maybe im just worrying to much. I started them not knowing anything about growing and the person I got the seeds from germanated the seeds for 2 weeks lol there were 5 seeds and these are whats left of them. Im not even sure what they are except that there indica and possibly an indica/sativa.
