Vendors and Gmail, WTF???

To all vendors of black/grey market products: why the fuck do you use gmail?

Google is a proven thief and stalker and every single transaction done over gmail gives that thieving stalker ALL OF OUR INFORMATION ABOUT OUR ILLEGAL PURCHASE. You checked a box when you signed up allowing google to scan and read all your email, and any email sent to you, how can you think this is okay?

There are plenty of secure, encrypted email services around, and failing to use one is cheap, lazy, stupid, and potentially endangers every single customer you have.

I call on all vendors to boycott gmail and all customers to boycott any vendor that continues to potentially endanger us through their negligence and disrespect.

Really?

Given all the data breaches that take place? Given that places like the US have refused entry to Canadians who have legal weed purchases on their credit card? Given that you agreed not to use your google account for any illegal purchases or activity and many of you still do so, even though you are providing a clear record of your illegal activity, which can then be accessed at any border crossing when your phone is accessed by border agents or by any other group you may not wish to share with when google or a subsidiary or contractor get hacked? Given the abuses of power seen in places like Hong Kong, mainland China, Russia and the USA regarding online security?

Go ahead and mock people who care about privacy and security. @Amaximus and @Thefarmer12, may you live the lives you deserve.

Consider this.... Your info is already out there.

Everytime you engage the web .... your ip , site visitations, etc.

Even here .... *internally screams

Nobody gives two shits about gmail ....
Paranoia about seed purchases are not of interest to law enforcement.... bulk product harvested can be. Smoke some indy and chill.

Welp, I’ve had my seeds seized by the feds and they didn’t give a shit, not too worried about them going through emails. If they’ve made it that far Into your personal life and you’re I. Their radar, you’re already fucked and it’s highly likely something more than a few packs of beans they’re after.

True. Unless you use Tor (which the government is trying to hack/decrypt), ISPs have all your internet history.

Doesn't matter. According to Edward Snowden they already have all your info, every phone call, every text, every internet click, every traffic camera, all backed up in a massive data center. If and when they want your info, they just do an internal search and about an hour later your life is revealed.

This is a good listen on the subject: https://www.npr.org/2019/09/19/762310479/edward-snowden

Here's a little snip of the interview..

SNOWDEN: So when you think about all of these intelligence programs you've heard of - right? - they've got your email. They've got your Internet communications. They've got your phone calls. But for everybody everywhere - obviously, this isn't just a straight stream. People aren't reading it as it comes in because it would take more hours in the day. I think, you know - any government has people to go through.

So what they actually do is they just dump this into gigantic data centers, like they've built in Bluffdale, Utah, and other smaller, covert ones around the world so they don't have to move the data around. So they construct what's called a distributed query system - you can think of this like Google for spies. And what it does is - anywhere in the world that we've collected information, everywhere we're intercepting communications now, we have our own little search engine. It's a Google box, that little prompt, that you can access from your desk wherever you are just in an NSA internal website.

And you can type in anybody's phone number, anybody's email address, any computer's Internet address. And then anywhere on the Internet that one of our sensors has collected a communication, it will look through, instantly, everything that it has. And then it will send just the results back to that employee. So you can spy on anyone in the world from anywhere in the world as long as you have access to this network and this tool.
