ventilation causing low temps?

Yo

My seedlings seem to be happier and grow better when I have my ventilation fans turned off. I think this is due to the temp being too low when the fans are on.

Its about 80 in there with fans off and 70 with them on, the humidity also drops when the fans are on.

Am I better off leaving the fans off for the time being?

Any info the matter is appreciated :)

Its a 250w 6700k bulb about an inch above them, in a stealth grow box.

Mid to upper 70’s is great, lower temperatures will cause slower growth. If and when you hit 85 or above THC will break down.
　
Yes if your ventilation lowers your temperatures to much it will have a negative effect on your plants.
