Ventilation question need help

What's up so I'm about to run a small indoor garden and the tent measures 36"x20"x63" and was wondering which would be a better option. I'm going to get a 4"x10" mountain air filter, but unsure on fan.
I was thinking of getting a 6in 315cfm hyper fan and turning that down to like 50%. I like this fan cause it's really efficient, small, and quiet when turned down but not sure if it would be over kill for such a small space even turned down to 35%. The other option would be to get a 4inch 172cfm vortex inline fan. So I was wondering what fan would be better or would either fan turned down work? Thanks guys, any feedback would be helpful.

That 4"x10" mountain air filter is 188CFM rated, so if your sticking with that don't exceed it's cfm rating. Ya kinda wanna match the CFM of the fan to the filter, or run a slightly higher cfm rated filter than the cfm rating of the fan.
