Ventilation required for a small grow tent - help?

Hey guys,

I have a grow tent that measures 60cm (w) x 60cm (L) and is 140cm high and I am growing 4 plants (2x Super Bud, 2x Purple Maroc) under a 105w CFL + reflector for now - as they are just one week old seedlings - and will add another 6x 30w CFL bulbs when they're bigger and have been transplanted.

For now, my ventilation system consists of just a 6 inch fan blowing air into the air intake vent and directly at the seedlings, giving them a little breeze. This, together with keeping the flaps up, has given me a good constant temp and humidity of 26C and 55-60% RH, as opposed to the 33C I was getting when the fan was inside and the flaps were down.

However, I know that I need to upgrade my ventilation system ASAP but am not sure what the best solution would be. Could I simply purchase one of these in-line fans/extractors and have an oscillating fan inside? I'm hoping that my grow is small enough to have either passive intake or outtake and to avoid having to purchase a system for the outtake vent and intake vent. If so, which should I go for? I do not need a carbon filter because smell in my room is not an issue.

If anyone could give any tips on how to resolve this then that would be hugely appreciated.

Cheers!

PS I've left a picture of my seedlings, all good so far or any problems?
