Ventillation Advice (Bad Diagram Included)

I'm growing this summer with a 600W (dimmed to 400W atm) air cooled reflector (sold LED going back to HID for now). Anyways, I have it dimmed to 400W and shit is hot, like really hot.

I had it setup so that one fan (406CFM) draws air into the hood and back out to exhaust out on the other end of my room (so to keep the hoods ventillation somewhat isolated from the tent) and I have a 203CFM fan also exhausting, but from inside the tent (attached to a carbon filter). Intake has been purely passive.

I just recently got a 293CFM fan for like $20 so I am hoping that having an active source of intaking air might help, but I really have no clue and this ventillation stuff is over my head.

You'll note from the pic the biggest glaring problem which is that the intake is coming from inside the room, the only other option would be to take it from the attic that's right above my room but I assume intaking that air would be a lot hotter.

In any event, once the grow tent and my bedroom have reached a state of equilibrium there is a delta of up to 9F between the rooms temp and the grow tent. I know there must be a way to get the temps in the tent closer to my rooms temp, I just don't know how.

Any advice on how to best utilize a 6" AC infinity fan (406CFM), a 4" vivosun fan (203CFM) and a 6" vortex vtx600L (293CFM) whose only exhaust source is a window on the other side of the room, and only intake is the room itself, or the attic above me?

Would be more work, but I would look in the attic for somettype of window, send the cool tube to the attic, and then have an exhaust for the attic. To prevent mold up there.

Or exhausting into cooling / heating vent.

Can you take air from outside?

Or maybe just sit a fan by the door to get some of that geat out

That's a tough one.
Grats on going back to hid btw. I run 2kW air cooled hoods in a 4'x8' so I understand the heat.
Your tent temp is always going to be 5+ deg above your room temp at least.
Your 4" fans aren't going to help any either.
Your best bet is to run the 6" to exhaust everything and have as many vents open as possible.
The only other thing to get your temps permanently down, is to get the room that your tent is in colder.
I've tried most other options and that's the only thing that really works.

Best of luck!

Yeah unfortunately i'm flat out of money in the strictest sense or an AC unit would be in there for sure, so I've unfortunately just have to work with what I've got.

We have central AC, I just don't know how I feel about routing ducting from the vent in my room into my tent. I don't know what messing with my homes HVAC with regards to how it equalizes pressure throughout the house, cuz that's above my head.

And yeah I dunno why I wasted my time going to LED. It is true that the highest quality and most expensive LEDs are superior but they are also 5x more in cost. I was using this one: https://gn.uk/led-grow-lights/gn-telos-8 which is a decent LED for it's time, but even in my 2'x4' footprint it wasn't adequate to me. I chose the wrong time to go back to HID though, I should have just waited until the fall or winter, but o well I flip to flower in a day or 2 so no going back now :).
