Verification of Assumption and Help

1. It seems I might have over watered my plant but since this is my first time, I rather be sure.

Images 1, 2 and 3 are the pictures of the assumed over watered plant. They do not feel brittle by any means. The water Picture 4 is another plant right beside it following the same schedule and amount.

2. Both plants are 14 days old and they look on the smaller side. Is this correct?

3. Finally, Ive read where it is typical after the 14 day mark to begin fertilizing. Is this a good reference point?

I truly appreciate the help and support of the community.

Soil touched leaves. OR you watered onto the leaves. NBD. Let her grow.

When your Cotyledons yellow is when I usually started to feed under synthetic regiment. Looks like your soil may have sufficient nutrients in it already judging by the pictures and how they haven't faded at all.
