Vert VS LST

Advantages? Disadvantages? Because IDK WHAT to beleive anymore lol.

Perpetual SOG Vert will always be the highest yielding setup. Always. Only problem is you need to have hundreds (minimum) to thousands of plants (more likely).

LST can be useful in Vert too. Very much depends on your genetics and setup though.

To everyone who wants the biggest yields - SOG or bust.

If you want big yields with small plant counts (you'll never touch a well run SOG though), trees in vertical work out well.

IMO a U-shaped scrog around a cooltube with an hps is MUCH simpler to set up and mainain than a vert setup (speaking from personal experience) and the yields are comparable.
