Vertical?

I have a ALMOST 4 week old, and one set of leaves have literally turned Vertical.Perfecly green, looks fine to me.

Diagnoses?

See if they go back at certain times of the day. I had one that used to do that...up then down then up then down. Then one day it just stopped. What kind of light are you using?
