Very tiny white bumps... can't be normal, is it?

Hello! Novice grower here, I'm finally in a place where it's legal to do so.

The title says it all. I've got a one week old, Blue Dream seedling, with these teensy white bumps all over the leaves near the center of the plant. I've been trying to research, but haven't yet seen anything quite like it.

(this is a very zoomed-in image, the dots are too small to see with the naked eye unless I put my eyes right up to it... as I like to do..)

Soil/coco fiber grow. I have not yet started giving nutrients.

Is this normal, or is this a disease or pest? They've been there since the start of leaf growth.

I've also noticed the new corner leaves are growing in all twisty-like. I'm not too concerned about that yet, hoping it corrects itself after the first feeding. Mainly worried about the white dots..

I'm a novice grower myself. What's the humidity in your grow room? It could be mold spores.
Also possibly spidermites.
But again I'm a novice, I would check with someone else before doing anything drastic.

My seedlings did the same thing and they're doing great now (well, one of them is more sensitive to over-watering than others, but this isn't that plant). I think it's just part of seedling plant life, but I'm also a novice... would love to hear from an expert what it really is. Pores, maybe?

Word. Had a high concentration of that in my seedling soil (idk why)... hardest stuff to keep hydrated properly I've ever dealt with...

Thanks for the responses. Yeah they do look sort of like "pores".
Humidity hovers around %50, temperature is in the high 70's daytime, low 70's nighttime
it's only partially coco fiber, it's a pre-packaged soil mix pot meant for a basil plant and it holds moisture plenty.
