vortex brewer or this thing? (bubble method)?

apparently harvard designed this thing but microbe man says vortex is the wary to go, however im not handy at all. does anyone have simple instructions on how to build a vortex brewer?

i use one. i used a homer pail. gotta use the rubber fittings because these pails are made of HDPE and 99% of glues, solvents, and epoxies will not adhere to HDPE (high density polyethylene)
