waited too long to plant germinated seeds?

Hi everyone. Newbie here with an issue. I started germinating seeds using the ziplock bag and paper towel method. After 24 hours I checked them and nothing was happening so I tried to be patient and leave them alone for 2 days. I guess I was too patient and now the seeds have a 1inch root growth-maybe a little more. Is it still possible to plant these? I know that they are very delicate in this stage and would appreciate any input as to wether these seeds are still viable or if I should start over. Thank you in advance everyone!

just put it in your medium,should be good to go
 
yes u can still plant the seed's.i have planted mine when they were 3inches showing.just remember to put them under lights to prevent streching.gl
