Wall Mounted 2 Ft Tubular Heater - Where to Mount in a Tent?

It's January in Northern England (so it's cold)
my 1000w HPS goes off from 8.30am to 8.30pm, which are the warmest 12 hours
but the temperature regularly drops to below 60 degrees.
Today the temps dropped to 56 degrees (3 degrees lower than they usually drop)
so I bought a 2ft, 120w Tubular Heater
but it's a WALL MOUNTED type (!!!).

I grow in a 4 x 4ft tent - textile walls that cannot have a hot tube attached
the floor is moulded plastic above a 140lt reservoir.
It's a WILMA BIG 9 with 3 x 3 rows of 18lt Pots.

OPTION ONE
I was thinking of mounting the Tubular Heater on a 2 ft plank of wood
attaching wire mesh to act as a guard
and positioning the whole thing between two of the rows of pots.

????QUESTIONS and CONCERNS????
Although the heat spreads evenly, along the 24 inches of tubing,
it will still be hotter CLOSE to the actual TUBE.

??Will this warmth be bad for the roots???

I could attach a few 6" Clip on, fixed head fans to the heater/plank
to attempt to disperse the heat more efficiently....???

Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

Dank u voor u hulp.
