add to this. we know approximately 1/2 or more of all arrests are for cannabis possession only. eliminate the crime, eliminate the need for added personal.

police should loose about 30% of the force, and what stays will have to focus on real crime. Or they can keep them all, and focus on white collar crimes for 1/2 a century. I think you would be hard to find any Americans that have an issue with that. Well, maybe about 1% would.. heh

same in prisons. keep the guards so they can play with the white collar criminals, and Traitors to our Constitution, when THEY get arrested tried and imprissoned.

bottom line though, unless some GOOD Press can be gathered, which there are some good speaker, but get some good press that say they ll show up, and let it out, and ALOT of people will show up to the protest..........

need Media Coverage (good and National if possible) to show.

That is so true, you hit the nail right on the head. The last major protest got shoddy coverage.. KNOWING that there will be major press coverage would get MAJOR amounts of people there. I think so too and that's a grand idea.

So have you been working on that? I haven't. Who has? Are you in contact with this person? Somebody better get on it.

Besides that though the protest needs to be majorly publicized before-hand in more places than just internet forums. Is someone financially backing this protest so it can be advertised? Internet forums alone aren't going to cut it. There would need to be thousands of people there to get major press I think and I think they probably do a little investigating before hand and decide if there will be a big enough protest to make it a good story.. Shit they ignored the Occupy protesters for weeks before they finally had no choice but to start reporting it..

I tried to help out with the last major Lansing gathering.. Joe Cain banned me because I was reppin the protest on this site and a member by the name of Jesusofcannabis(where the fuck is he by the way?) was jumping my shit telling me how the 3ma was a joke so I went back to the 3ma forums and was like "well I'm trying to promote the protest the best I can, there's this one dude there that says he knows Joe and talking shit" So Cain banned me saying I was trying to cause a divide in the ranks at 3ma.. I was like wtf I'm promoting the rally, Im not the one who said anything bad..

Well Joe didn't care, he banned me anyways. He boiled my blood then, but even more so, when eventually I got back on the 3ma site. I have a friend super sick with pancreatic cancer. I had just harvested some sugar punch and I was looking for someone who might either want to donate some RSO or even I would trade some primo buds.. Fucking Cain found out who I was and banned me, and told everyone on the forums that I was trying to con people.. I was trying to help my friend.

So as you see, I would love to slap(worse if he was younger) his false teeth right out of his face even more than I would love to attend this coming rally, so if he's heading it, no fucking way.

Joe maybe an idiot and I know almost nothing about him I admit but: 3ma is on the right side of the line I'm looking at. I can find plenty of people worse like say any republican, any person who believes in prohibition, any person who thinks the drug war is a good idea, I mean there are alot of people to fight so I'd rather shoulder up with the 3ma and stand beside them for this. notice I said beside-I don't get behind all they say and do and all they belive but we're on the same side enough. I get attacked and shit on for thinking that even healthy people should get to use cannabis. Anyone else watch the last episode of weeds? Silas said it better then I could. I fought for them and continue to do so to this day, would you abandon me and call me a criminal for what I've just typed? solidarity isn't about having the exact same views as someone else it's having a like mind and like cause to get together behind. look at the christians, denominationaly they are individually (catholic, protestant etc.) falling into a minority but put aside denomination and put them into like minded "one god, one bible" and they are a huge population. Ever been on a sports team? I disagree though, we do not need a Joe Cain on our team. He hasn't accomplished anything you couldn't accomplish yourself. He just puts forth an effort that most don't. It's too bad he's a major douche.
