So i've been growing with CFLs for sometime now and its a really hot & sunnyyyy day outside. is it ok to take the plants outside for the day and bring them back in at night they are in the veg stage

Yes you can, but the August sun is a bitch on indoor plants without slowly acclimating them to the outdoors. And as stated above, bugs love to catch a ride inside to shack up for the winter months. So do so at your own risk. By the way woolypudding69, I love the signature, still have tears in my eyes.
