Was wondering my plant leaves are drooping

I haven’t watered for 2 days and yesterday she was all perked up growing nice. Turned the light off and woke up and turned me on and she was droopin. Any ideas? Please help

If you are confident that you are not overwatering then you either have heat issues, lights too close or... It's just that time of day, when your plants are cycling through normal process. How do they look at the moment?
 
See I’m not sure how much exactly I should be watering I’ve been giving it 3 cups everyday with temps at 80-82
 
usualy the leaves will stand up to the light, but they need time from waking up to getting round to reaching for the light
 
Water through and evenly until there is run off. You don't have to water every day.

Also, they look topped out on Nitrogen but it could be the lighting.
