Washington State Medical

So I looked up the laws and washignton lets you have 15 plants and 24 ounces if you have a medical card, im not sure how to obtain the card thats why im asking you guys,

Approved Conditions: Added Crohn's disease, Hepatitis C with debilitating nausea or intractable pain, diseases, including anorexia, which result in nausea, vomiting, wasting, appetite loss, cramping, seizures, muscle spasms, or spasticity, when those conditions are unrelieved by standard treatments or medications.

Approved Conditions: Cachexia; cancer; HIV or AIDS; epilepsy; glaucoma; intractable pain (defined as pain unrelieved by standard treatment or medications); and multiple sclerosis. Other conditions are subject to approval by the Washington Board of Health.

So what if my back hurts really really bad and narcotix dont help??

It comes down to talking to my doctor right? Has anyone here talked to their doc about getting a card? just let me know on the process what to say/not say

yea..so my friend lives in washington and is currently trying to get a card. The big issue in washington state there is a lot of propaganda given to the doctors saying that by giving a card they are breaking federal law and are at risk of losing thier license...which i mean technically...it could be true. So it is VERY hard to find a doc that will be willing to perscribe. And once you do get a card you have to find a caretaker and i dont know the specifics on that. But yea...its a pain in the ass but once you have your card washington is about the most liberal state you can find. Althought the other big issue that is happening is there are some counties in washington that refuse to acknowledge that there is a medical law. I've heard of a couple places were people are legit have all there paperwork and everything and there house gets raided everything is confiscated and the people are put in jail. They have to take it all the way to the washington supreme court to get it overturned and most of the times by the time that happens they never get any of there stuff back...they dont get there growing equipment back or there PERSCRIBED drug....so good luck in washington man....cali is the place to be...yeay
