Water and nutrient schedule?

I just transplanted my 5 plants outside today. I’m in Massachusetts and we’re still getting a decent amount of rain. So my question is how do I feed them without overwatering because of the rain ? Below I put pictures of my outdoor setup. As they get bigger I’ll move them further apart from one another.

I don't see any holes in those buckets?
Plants roots need lots of air
I usually drill about eight in a 5 gallon bucket
You just have to adjust feeding schedule to the weather

Ya there 6 holes on the bottom and another 6 holes 1 1/2 inch from the bottom on the side
