water chiller question

Hey i have a three fan swamp cooler. Its running drain to waste. No reservoir or pump. just off the tap.
I was wondering if a water chiller would benifit my coolant abbilities?
Its winter and the water is cold already. I think it should be colder.
Any ideas?
9000 hps. 4000 for veg. sealed room with everything needed.

Nobody knoes anything about chillers or swamp coolers?

Just purchased a 1/5hp chiller myself. Been doing some reasearch and found... Water chillers will reduce the air temp for an air cooler, but it's best to buy an oversized res for it and always go for an oversized one when using a chiller for anything hydro. like if u use a 75 gal res u need a chiller that can cool a 200 gal tank. Not exact calculations but mayb it helps.
