Water damage?

It's been raining for the past week and a half, and as an outdoor grower I know that much water can't be good for my plants. It's become more of a concern after returning from my plants tonight-- The new leaves coming in on most of them are bright yellow and black in places, as if they are rotting. Is there anything I can do to stop this before my plants die?

i cant think of anything now that they have already been rained on. if they surviv you need to put a clear piece of plastic over them(like plastic tin sheet) & also build a trench around the plats(like a ditch to help for drainage)
