My room is around 60F, and so is the water. Any recommendations as to a change in the water temp? Should I get a heater for the water? What is the ideal temperature for water in a DWC system? I may not be able to get the air temperature above 65, so I need to know if a higher water temperature will help out. Any help would be appreciated.

easiest is to raise the room temp.(super easy fix)
then I would say to put the plant and light in an enclosure
increase the air temp in the enclosure increase the water temp.
insulate the res(cheap)
buy a fish tank heater(pretty cheap)
buy a heating blanket(for hydro thats water proof, not to cheap fix)
64-65F to 74-75F about what you want.
