Penn,
Can't speak for the others ,but I've found that if'n I wait till 50% or more of the leaves start looking a little wilty and then add one quart of water they do do just fantastic. Usually within 30 minutes plant will rebound with a ferver. And over watering dosen't even come in to the picture. Wish you the best on your decision. Good Luck!!
I agree with Christian.... let your plant dry out to shit..... and don't water it again until you notice it starting to wilt... (don't let the plant totally wilt) but when about 50% of the leaves are drooping.... give it some water.... dude literally 10 minutes later your plant will be standing straight up again... and like he said.... overwatering is never a problem then..
I have been watering my plant like this for a month now... letting it partially wilt and then watering it.... and she is doing great. Never overwatered.
Everyone talks about not over watering but what does that really mean all that does is scare people from watering their plants. i listened to everyone about not over watering but like i said i was scared of giving them to much and ended up not giving them enough and all but 1 died before i could save them with..... WATER! now i dont let my soil dry out and my plant is doing 10 times better.
idea:but maybe it also depends on age and type of plant you have maybe every plant is different just like each and everyone of us)
