Watering Advice?

I just got 6 seeds germinated and planted 4 days ago and I already have a few sprouts. Im in Northern CA so the weather is still a bit cold at night, but I'm putting them out there and hopefully they'll be alright for now.

I've been watering them with a tbs water each day since i planted them but I was wondering when would be a good time to start giving them more water daily, and how much should I give them? Anyone water their plants twice a day? any advice or comments would help, thanks

I only water when the soil is very dry. If they are mature veg, sometimes I let them droop a bit before I water. It makes you feel like god to take these droopy leaves and perk them up just by watering. Also, this way you never have to worry about over watering.

yeah ive read that some people keep a strict watering schedule and some dont so i wasnt sure which way would work better but the way you put it sounds good to me. thanks
