so how many times yu water a week?
Depends. As the plants get big and the root structures grow, you will have to water more. For the first few weeks, I water about once every four to five days. The lights and fans dry the soil out. At the end of the cycle, I have to water every day.

For either type of plant, I water till it is running out the drain holes. I then let the plant sit for about 5 minutes to allow excess to run off and then back in the cabinet they go.

I use two lamps in a single fixture (it is a dual bulb system). I have a 400 watt MH and 600 watt HPS. I usually grow White Widow as it works for me. For autos, LR#2. I have never managed to get an auto to give me a large yield, but the WW's do.
