watering, plant, food, fertilizer

hey everyone,
I was just wondering about using plant food in water my friend swears by it and calls it plant steriods.
I was just wondering if it makes that much of a differance, right now i am just giving my plants striaght up water.
so i had some questions like...
when should I start using it on my plants because I have some babys and some big girls is it safe for all?
What brand do you recomend?
How often should I give them that instead of striaght water?

Higher N - for veg
Higher PK - for flowerning

U dont have to give them nutes if u dont want to as long as them are in good soil.. but it is better to give them nutes if u want better results.. BIGGER BUDS

Whatever nutes you are going to use,follow the directions but dilute the nutes to just a 1/4 part.KEEP SMOKE ALIVE!!

u can start giving nutes when they are 3 weeks old.. u will know when they slow in growth.. be carefull not to over feed!!

give 1/4 strenth nutes first and then gradually increase.. mix nutes in with your ph'd water,, give nutes every second feeding water..nutes..water..nutes
