Watering question.

So I’m in Royal Gold Kings Mix. It’s a Coco Perlite mix. I have added about 15-20% more perlite. I’m confused on when I need to be watering. I’ve read water coco everyday, 2+ times a day, don’t overwater seedlings, water everyday with nutes, don’t let salt build up, water with nutes everytime but flush with straight ph water once a week. I’m super confused. My plants above about 14 days – have no idea how big they should be by now being my first grow indoor, with coco, and from seed.
How much water, how often? Right now I’ve only watered maybe 4-5 times total, and not a lot either. Maybe a pint each plant 2 times around seedling, and the other 2 times today and 2 days ago being 1 gallon (a quart a piece).
So far they’re doing OK I feel, but do have a tiny discoloration going on on at least 2 of them. 1 must be stunted because she’s slow but she’s going.
My main question is on watering, and I will add a few pictures above.
I’m not gonna lie, I have started using nutes 2 days ago, and my plants have responded well if you look at pictures in my previous posts.
1st watering nutes were (2ml cal mag, 1.5 silica, 1ml flora micro, 1ml flora grow, 1ml flora bloom. – RO ph 6.03 188ppm)
Today (2ml cal mag, 1ml rapid start, 1ml of micro, grow, bloom – RO ph 6.05 ppm 182)

Lastly I wanted to squeeze in one more question about the plant in my last picture. It seems to be growing fine, but what is up with it. Why is there blemishes or discoloration going on, I don't get it?

I’m doing my first ever grow with one in coir too. In a solo cup I was feeding them 40ml twice a day which was enough to get the correct amount of run off.

Once the root system has developed some it’s apparently impossible to overwater if you’ve prepped and mixed the coir right.

They talk about feeding up to six times a day which seems excessive but I’m not to that stage yet so we’ll see. So far in one gallon bags I’ve been feeding once a day but I just transplanted. With the solo cup I started at once a day but after about day 10 or 11 it started drying enough I went to twice.

This was at day 15, It grew super fast but I think it’s also just genetically a big plant.

Thanks for the response buddy. Yeah I'm just trying to avoid overwatering at this point. Sounds like I'm doing ok, they respond very good after my watering so far. Just wanted to make sure I wasn't underwatering. I did read you can water a lot more often after the roots are established so I suppose I will continue watering not as much until then.
Any idea what could be causing my blemishes on the leafs on the last photo?
