So I have. 24 Watt light bar I want to use on propagation Dome tray and I want to start some seeds and clones but I don't want them to grow tall. I was wondering if this is too much light or enough

Oh and it draws 24 Watts at the wall. It's full spectrum

It would only like 6 to 8 inches away. It's one of the black trays with the dome thst goes on top

I use a minimum of 200W MH. It's all in the distance and I have not had one bean not crack or any clone not root in years. I used to mess around with flouro's but I had a spare 600W MH bulb a hood and a 400W switchable Ballast, so I set it on half burn and everything has worked out great ever since...My little nursery.
